Making time for exercise is a big challenge for many people. Whether it’s about exercise or anything else, time management is about making time for your priorities.

How do you make time for exercise? I do it the same way I do everything else important to me: I treat it as a priority by scheduling it; by making time for it. If someone says they don’t have time to exercise, I like to challenge them with something I heard, and believe very strongly–it’s not that you don’t have the time, it’s that you haven’t made it a priority, you’ve made other things a priority.
