  • Keep blood pressure and cholesterol levels in check
  • Manage sugar levels
  • Get quality sleep
  • Eat a nutritious diet
  • Don’t smoke (and avoid secondhand and thirdhand smoke)
  • Make social connections
  • Continuously learn new skills
